- Tests For Patients
- Tests are used by mental health providers to make decisions about a patient's treatment. If you're a patient, your provider may ask you to take a self test. Select the test you have been directed to take, print it out and begin answering the questions. Your provider may ask you to bring the completed test to your next visit.
